Short version: no communication, job not done, no effort whatsoever to do what I tried to pay them to do. Tax preparer was Carmen Chacon. Made an appointment to meet with tax adviser through the app. Showed up and she was not available; I tried to be nice about it, everyone has those days, so I opted to scan all my tax documents into the system there instead.
