My husband and I had an appointment to file out taxes for the first time w/ H&R Block last month. The experience was very unprofessional, and the person we met with had the same or even less knowledge of taxes than my husband and I had. We decided to file ourselves, and since then I've been getting multiple phone calls and emails every week from H&R block asking me to schedule additional appointments. Tax preparer was great. Thanks Bob, nice work in 2021. As for 2022 it was a disaster. So many mistakes. I'm having to go back and amend a bunch of things that they missed.
