They advertise that they do walk ins, but when I did a walk in, I was denied service! Don’t advertise something and not follow through on it. False advertising.
This H&R Block location is hands down amazing. I definitely recommend anyone to come to this office to do their taxes. Leslie in front desk was the sweetest person to talk to and very welcoming. She’s has good customer service. And Ali who did my taxes was very informative. He explained me in detail everything. I learn new things as well I definitely will come back next year to do my taxes here. 10/10
