DO NOT GO HERE. My Roth IRA roll over was not supposed to be counted into taxable state taxes & when it showed that way she questioned it, but still left it. Got to the very end & said I owed approx $1200 to PA state taxes due to my roll over. I said well that doesn’t make sense for me to be taxed on federal, state, & local for Roth IRA rollover.
