Incompetent staff, and terrible communication. Never using this branch again.
They filed our taxes incorrectly and we have no record of the filing. I tried contacting them several times through email, phone calls and even tried calling to speak to the manager Jodi. They never called back, never responded to email. Very unprofessional service- would not recommend their services. Find someone else to do your taxes- it’ll save you a lot of headaches.
Jodi was the best, her customer service was incredible! We will definitely recommend her to anyone!
Jen was great. Dropped off my info and see took care of everything. Very happy, would definitely recommend her.
Kelly Smith was absolutely amazing! She was very prompt and professional. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the very rude woman in the front who checks you in.
