I made an appointment over a week ago for Friday And confirmed the appointment they were closed when I got there. Called them fallowing day can only get voicemail. Tax’s are a stressful time you think they would do a better job. Especially if you have go in by appointment. Probably bring my service to a different tax agency
We had done our taxes here and they made an error in filing. The IRS contacted us and we reached out to H&R Block multiple times via email, phone and even in person for them to correct their error. Unfortunately they decided to give us the run around and intentionally ignored us. We had to hire someone else to handle their error and caused us a lot of extra time and funds. We would definitely not recommend them to any business as they don’t stand by their word.
Over charging people to enter numbers into a software when you can do it at home on their web site for hundreds less. Local cpa are less money than this place.
