First ill say preparing my taxes there is usually a great experience ... but this year scheduling has been a headache first i was hung up on, still put on hold, told I would be called back when the receptionist had a minute ... really wow obviously our business is not a priority. I ended up calling back talking to Irma and scheduling both my daughter's and my appointment easy . Very rude. Hung up on me when I ask questions. The previous year was it without effort as I called and spoke to a very kind person who gave me a quote because I am a senior citizen and did our taxes very nicely but this year when I called back it was a rude receptionist and a rude person that I was redirected to who could not give me any answers. RUDE TOTALLY RUDE I DID MY TAXES MYSELF AND I SAVED MY MONEY!
