I had some questions on an I.R.S and direct deposit information. I had an appointment with a lady at 1:30 pm on April 11th 2025. I got to it sat down and she asked a question as I was in the middle of answering she rudely interrupted and then asked another question. As I was answering she rudely interrupted again. After 5or6 times of the same exact thing I just got up and left. She was a rude person and should be fired. You shouldn't treat anyone like that regardless of how bad your day is going.
