I had some questions on an I.R.S and direct deposit information. I had an appointment with a lady at 1:30 pm on April 11th 2025. I got to it sat down and she asked a question as I was in the middle of answering she rudely interrupted and then asked another question. As I was answering she rudely interrupted again. I have been a faithful customer for over 12 years in Las Vegas NV. When I sat down with the senior tax analyst in Elko NV. I discussed my past filings with H&R Block, which I stated the tax records of which were in the H&R Block previous records for reference and again emphasized I did not want to file a loss and that I had more deductions than I needed so it was quite possible we wouldn’t be able to use all the deductions.
