If I could rate this location lower than a one star I would. I waited over 30 minutes to be acknowledged after i arrived in the Gaithersburg, Md office, only to be asked to wait 15 minutes. I finally sat down with a tax preparer, and showed him my 2022 returns. The preparer proceeded to repeatedly attempt to talk me into doing my returns at home, even though I told him I didn't want to do them and wanted to make sure they were right this year. Mr. Kanda was extremely helpful and kind, and took his time to explain and verify every document and info with me!!
The cost is way to expensive.
