Horrible customer service, can’t be trusted to honor appointments , can’t be trusted with my Taxes. Made a appt on Friday at 12 pm for Monday at 9am because it was available on their website!!! Just to drive there 20 miles from my house….to find out the lazy branch wasn’t open and bumped my appt to 10am at another location mind you. Called to complain and customer service rep informs me that it is at the discretion of “seasonal branch’s” to cancel and reschedule appointments. If I could rate this location lower than a one star I would. I waited over 30 minutes to be acknowledged after i arrived in the Gaithersburg, Md office, only to be asked to wait 15 minutes. I finally sat down with a tax preparer, and showed him my 2022 returns. The preparer proceeded to repeatedly attempt to talk me into doing my returns at home, even though I told him I didn't want to do them and wanted to make sure they were right this year.
