Great experience at this H&R Block location. The tax professional I work with is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole tax process smooth and stress-free. I was in and out quickly and felt confident my return was done correctly. Highly recommend this office — I’ll definitely be back next year.

Jaya is our tax person and it’s been 5 years that she been providing us a good and satisfying service. I like the fact that we can drop all the documents and just come back later when its time for your appointment. We didn’t wait that long we just finished on time our taxes. We are definitely coming back again next year:-) thank you for the good service Jaya:-) 👍

I went there twice,gave all documents paid close to 300$ then no communication from them at all.Having to wait for at least 30 mins on automated long call and no would come on call.Disappointed dissatisfied with the service,too high charge,no prompt communication. They picked up call very fast before tax deadline….super slow, sitting there just to snatch money like 300$ when tax filing actually costs 150$ after tax deadline is gone they will disappear.Wont recommend friends or anyone.
