I came to this location in 2019 to file my taxes, I was a new resident to DC and told the preparer (Tito) that I moved to the city in October. He said no problem. And FAILED to process a D-40 form for DC which, now, 5 years later, I find out was supposed to be filed and DC Tax & Revenue is reaching out to me to figure out what income I owe DC taxes on, plus interest and penalty fees because of the negligence of this office. Just filed my state and federal taxes. Very efficient and accurate. The place is much smaller than one on U street but has a controlled access to the room where we sit with the accountants, and it felt safer. Last year I did filing at the U street location and had to wait for about 40 minutes despite I had an appotiment and arrived on time (they were very busy and behind thier appointment schedules). But everything was smooth and fast at this location.
