This place is trash! Long story short: they miss filed my same tax year two times! They even tried to sell that it was my responsibility to resolve!! Tax experts google stuff during filling (not an expert!!). After the second filling, I received evidence request from the Department of Revenue. As they remain closed during the off-season, I had to go to another location to understand the case. In summary, worst place to get your tax returns done!!! For that I would expect the agents to be on time. I waited 2 hours for the virtual assistance call with tax scheduler and nobody showed up for the appointment at 5. Then next day Darlene calls and tells me on Saturday that if I am planning to join on a Saturday 2pm without telling any sorry that she missed 5pm appointment or confirming if I am free. The black older lady was extremely rude she had a whole attitude for no reason her tone was aggressive and she seemed aggressive for no apparent reason
They make you wait even though you have appt. Filed a corrected tax filing with them and they missed forms and the state is requesting them . They don’t care and just in it for the money . As soon as they have it they don’t want anything to do with you .
