The agency’s customer service was very poor and disorganized. I signed up on the 7th for them to handle my tax filing, but the receptionist told me that the 7th was not enough time. THEY ALLOWED ILLEGALS TO USE MY SOCIAL. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME HR BLOCK HAS SCREWED THIS AMERICAN OVER. THEY ALLOWED SOME ILLEGAL TO USE MY INFORMATION FOR IRS FILING I WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST HR BLOCK FOR CONSTANT FRAUD. FBI NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE HR BLOCK FOR FRAUD. THEY HAVE A DATA BREACH DO NOT GO TO ANY HR BLOCKS.
