Received the absolute worst service in my life with the agent getting smart with me and the front desk agent rolling her eyes. Then the agent put in my social wrong which delayed my refund. Charged me $200 for a basic W2. The last time I will ever step foot in any H&R Block.
It's 11:24pm on tax day and I just had to file my own taxes after being ghosted by my "tax pro" Jeanetta Johnson. During the last several weeks, Ms. Johnson missed multiple scheduled meetings, didn't respond to a single message left on H&R's internal system or via email.
