I usually am pleased with the services here at this location. This past experience, not so much. The customer service of Drae and Sonya are terrible. We had an 11am appointment and were not seen by our Tax Pro until 1140. No communication from the CSR at the front as to why we had not been called back, no urgency to provide good customer service. While I love my Tax Pro, the customer service of the front employees is extremely lacking.
Had Mrs. Otto help us as always. She is so thorough that we had no questions about our returns. Very helpful with explanations. Thank You.
