Kim is always very thorough & very professional. She also explains everything as she goes along.(Which really means a lot.) It’s not convenient for the drive anymore, but the service is worth it.
Unfortunately, this place doesn’t appear to respect appointments slots. we were rescheduled last minute and then kept waiting for over 35 minutes for a simple appointment while holding our tax documents. We were told just a few more minutes and then proceeded to have to wait over 20 more minutes
