We came in and met with Guy Jackson, had a great meeting and he seemed very knowledgeable and professional. He told us to send him our paperwork and he'd get into it 2-3 weeks, no problem. But we've since been completely ghosted. No replies to emails or calls now for several weeks. Look, if you don't want to work with us just let us know. There are plenty of other associates you could pass us off to. But to just ghost us entirely is completely unprofessional.
Went here for 6 years, same place same tax guy. Guy Jackson. This was the first year he was truly off his game, maybe it’s age or memory issues due to his repeated injuries I don’t know for sure. At first everything went well but I needed one extra document to finalize and send in my taxes. I emailed the final document and then sent a follow up email every day for 6-7 days in which the deadline was passed and he had to file an extension because it took him so long to respond. Overpriced. Half my federal refund went back to them because of a simple 1099. No allowances honored and my rep didnt give any advice on tax breaks. Not worth it. Lesson learned.
