H&R Block (and our tax-preparer, Alan Feldman in the Haddon Township office, in particular) is the Best!! I (stupidly) convinced my mom to leave H&R Block last year so she could save money getting her taxes done for free by AARP. She didn't want to leave Alan Feldman at H&R Block, but conceded. What a mistake I made! The difference between the two was night and day!
