I honestly the service is absolutely terrible I had a specific tax professional assigned to my case . I uploaded all my documents online On February 28,2025 . Not only did I upload my documents I reached out to Kassandra serval times within 3 months period through the telephone and the H&R portal as well . She stated she never received my w2 for 2024 !?!
