Everyone went above and beyond to make our tax experience as painless as possible. We had our kids with us, and they gave coloring materials to my toddler for entertainment, held our baby for us, and were so incredibly kind and understanding the whole time. Will absolutely go back next year!

Went in, did the appointment and went out. Easy and Quick. The associates were very helpful, friendly, and explained everything well.
Don't get the prepaid card for refunds. Between the U.S. gov. and this place, you may never get a stimulus check again (if you lose the card, automatically used for refunds / stimulus). Emerald card services doesn't care either. Inactivity fee is now almost 10%. They don't fix the problem because it makes them $$$.
