Don't get the prepaid card for refunds. Between the U.S. gov. and this place, you may never get a stimulus check again (if you lose the card, automatically used for refunds / stimulus). Emerald card services doesn't care either. Inactivity fee is now almost 10%. They don't fix the problem because it makes them $$$.
Do not go here. I went here Feb 1st for tax help regarding a 1095-A for a split tax family. Employee had not idea how to allocate PTCs and premiums. Tried to charge me for excess PTC for both tax families (excess of $1500 per her calculations). I had to ask her 3 times to please change the way she had allocated the PTCs and inputs into the chart. If I could give this location less than 1 star I would. Very unprofessional manager (Kerri). They input our banking information in multiple times and we are still trying to get our refund back from last year. HIGHLY recommend either doing them yourself or using a different location/company.
So knowledgeable and professional! Zero Stress! AND I EVEN OWED MONEY THIS YEAR!
