I have gotten my taxes done here for several years and have always had a good experience. My tax person would take the time to explain everything throughout the process and the deductions I would receive. It always helps to schedule an appointment. All in all, I have had a great experience.
As of this Thursday, it will have been a month since my appointment with tax advisor Robert, who said he would follow up with me regarding a question I had. Not one word from him. I only do business with people who do what they say they will do. You’ve lost me as a customer.

Robert Santiago was the best help! We genuinely enjoyed talking to him and how helpful he is. We will definitely come back next year if he can help us!
Everyone went above and beyond to make our tax experience as painless as possible. We had our kids with us, and they gave coloring materials to my toddler for entertainment, held our baby for us, and were so incredibly kind and understanding the whole time. Will absolutely go back next year!
