I worked with a tax person named Tia Smith and when I say she screwed up my taxes that’s exactly what she did. I had to call H&R Block to file a complaint because I wasn’t told anything about my tax return. When I called to assess what was going on with my tax return, I was told that Tia Smith went on vacation until the next tax season. She actually sent me a bill via the H&R Block portal without calling me or emailing me any documentation to actually confirm what is is that she did with my taxes.
