So insanely overpriced. In response to your comment, this H&R block charged me 2x what another had the year before for less work. I only paid what I did because I assumed they were giving me money upfront at that price. It wasn't until I checked my emerald card from the year before that I realized I'd been charged double for less. Choose any other H&R location besides this one.
This has been the worst experience I've ever had. I was working with one tax agent for weeks and then he said he couldn't finish them, and sent me to someone else. After I met with a second agent and after a meeting she said she couldn't finish them and sent me back to the first agent. After meeting with him a couple weeks ago I'm being told today that he is on a break and someone else is needing to finish my taxes. This whole process has taken over 2 months and taxes are still not done. Never going back again.
Overcharged a third year in a row.
Stephanie Delgado did a fantastic job . She was able to help me with the last 3 years and she was fast and efficient. She was really thorough with all my taxes.
