H&R Shadyside - specifically Alex Kaskey, is a condescending prick who upset my girlfriend to literal tears for making her feel dumb. If she knew what she was doing with her taxes she wouldn’t be coming to you and you wouldn’t have a job so how about be nice to the people who are the reason you have a job? Will never recommend this place and especially him to anybody who wants to make their taxes a seamless and stress free process.
Will never recommend to anyone going forward. Total lack of communication. On multiple days, multiple times, cannot get a single person to return my phone call. After several weeks and speaking to a supervisor, my federal return is completed. Despite only living in PA for less than 5 months, they were trying to make my husband and I pay a year worth of taxes in addition to what our employers withheld automatically.
