Never using this company again. Had various questions for my tax preparer who told me to contact the IRS for answers. Thought that’s why I hired you. Was in hold with the IRS for an hour the other day only to be told that the tax preparer at H&R had to take care of those issues on her end. I called them back and we’d told that she was busy so I left a message. Called back a day later and was told she wasn’t there. Left another message. Waited a few more days and still no call back.
