Great staff! Everyone was very nice and helpful. I had the luxury of working with Michelle. This year was the first year I decided to go in and have help with my taxes. And I will be coming back next year. Big thank you to all the staff members I interacted with and especially Michelle for walking me through everything!
What a nice experience. I made an appointment yesterday, I show up on time, the office is bustling with activity, and the receptionist (Don't know her name), was so nice, so professional, she controlled the chaos with a smile and a warm voice. She is excellent at her job. I immediately met with my tax specialist, Zylena. She was pleasant, thorough and very nice. I was in and out in Under a half hour. They were very professional and left me very happy I chose H&R Block. Great job ladies!
