SCAM ALERT. DO NOT GO HERE. I’m absolutely FURIOUS. I called this place ahead of time and specifically said I needed help with a tax amendment. They scheduled me with someone named Brain, who turned out to have zero clue what he was doing. He insisted I file this year’s taxes with him first — which made NO sense — and only admitted after charging me $200 that he has no experience with tax amendments. I only came here because they said they would check previous tax years and fix them, and I didnt put my financial aid on last years. ANYWAY. Pls tell me WHY I paid 300 to have to SIT THERE and fill out the paperwork??? I should have done it online?? Like i had to sit there while the guy filled out all the info.
