horrible service Your phone call to H and R block will never get answered. I tried calling them at least 20 times today and that too at the scheduled appointment time and NO ONE PICKED UP. The craziest part is, they call back and say - you didn't call us. WOW. Don't waste your time with H and R block. After going to them for 5 years, I have learnt my lesson. Goodbye H and R.
