Used this location to file multiple years of taxes - however, they filed my 2022 taxes incorrectly multiple times and I had to spend hours on the phone with the state and hire another firm to resolve it. On the third time i tried to have H&R Block correct it they sent me away and the tax "pro" said oh, it could have been a lot worse. Tried to speak to the district manager, Joe Funari, about it. Do not get your taxes done here!!!!!! I went in yesterday and paid 200 dollars. I paid this bc I wanted to get a portion of my money early… I did not want to come to this office but the one I normally used is now closed. Mind you the last 10 years I get the emerald advanced and the anticipation loan every year!!! The man who did them was unattentive Mark Seval all he wanted me know is how great he was.
