I highly recommend the H&R Block location, located @ 830 Park Ave, Bloomfield, CT. Nicole does an outstanding job as manager—she is calm, composed, and excellent at problem-solving and scheduling and rescheduling my appointments, which makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. I called ahead of time because my husband and I are helping his elderly uncle with his paperwork. Due to his health, he doesn't want to spend time in an office with unmasked employees and customers and neither do we. I was told that I could drop off his paperwork for him and he wouldn't need to sign anything until the return was complete.
