After getting down there and paying $170 or something like that to get our taxes done I don't get them for multiple months so then I call and try to figure out what's going on and then they tell me oh our software was out of date so you need to go to Ashland Road to pick them up and send them in yourself and we're not going to refund you anything which didn't make sense at all
The very worst, most expensive tax preparation business I have ever experienced. Their "guarantee" is a complete joke. I will never recommend them.

I needed help with my city taxes, and they help me out quickly and accurately. I'm so glad that they are local and so willing to help. Well worth the price they quoted me.
