I am just finding out these last 2 years that Virginia has screwed up my taxes several years in a row and I am getting letters from the IRS saying owe several thousand dollars. I paid for peave of mind and that includes reimbursement for misfilings they are at fault for. H&R block admitted fault to several of my cases and NEVER reimbursed a single one. So I am stuck paying tons. Don't trust this office and don't trust H&R Block.
