I received a delinquency notice that included penalties and interest. Do not use this office, specifically Loretta Flemingate. They wont return my call. I had to file a complaint with the tax board.

I called this morning to address an issue that had been giving me stress since I received a letter in the mail from the FTB - I was assisted by Garrett over the phone. While I originally thought I would need to go in person to have my issue looked at, Garrett inquired as to what my general situation was, and was able to provide exactly the information I needed without having to go in.
