The corporate said I could walk in because i was deaf, and it would be about 1 to 3 hours wait, I was prepared to stay until they're closed, but believe it or not, i was the only sitting person, & once again said no walk ins. "Appointment or Zoom meeting only." Forcing me to figure this out on my own.

I was invited to do my taxes for 2025 with HR@BLOCK and I accepted ,as I did in the last years (location St.Rafael ,122St.Portland,OR) . After good experiences with the tax preparation in the past years, this time I had an unpleasant one. The Appt.should have been on Febr.7th,at 1:00 p.m.,which I confirmed.
