Stop hiring immigrants who clearly don’t know what they are doing. As they screwed up my taxes and my significant others taxes and probably countless others and now we aren’t receiving our trillium due to this. In my opinion it is highly irresponsible for you guys to proceed this way claiming that you “forgot” to put through the Ontario energy and property tax credit meanwhile we both gave you all the information you needed to process it properly. Fix your office or just shut down forever. Sincerely a very angry customer
