An amazing place to get your taxes filed. Lei from Mayfair location made the process smooth and patiently answered all my questions. The staff members at the Mayfair location are amazing !

Never ever will we go here again had an appointment for 5 but nope waiting in the lobby for over 2 hours having the run around for two weeks to try and get this done. Very unprofessional service, my son also cut his finger on their flooring as well. And then being told after all the waiting we did oh sorry we can’t get the code for your refund we will call you the next day. And I also see that my hubby did a review as well and it got deleted . I had an appointment for 4 pm. First of all, Soo difficult to find the place in a mall. Then I had to wait for 10-15 minutes as there was no one to assist me. A lady came and I told her that I have a discount coupon. We sat down, she started, took all my details. I mentioned about the discount again and then out of the blue, she refused to do my taxes.
