Pathetic service, it was our first time filing tax in canada and the lady who helped us was very unhelpful and we went under review of tax and we were not pre informed that we need to pay some charges in the beginning so that if we go under review we would not need to pay 100dollars per hour to consult of their agents. Very bad service
Highly do NOT recommend — the manager was completely inaccessible (and even scheduled a callback but never called), and ultimately did not resolve any of my problems caused by their employee's errors.
I was looking to file my first tax return in BC and this place was very accommodating and helpful. I've been to other H&R Block from different provinces and this one is the best by far! Moges was very thorough and explained how I got my return unlike the other places I've been to. I would come here again
Need a reassement done. Why do they have his earnings so high!! This affects us aa a low income family ..never go here again ! Got all paperwork ..it doesn't look right !
