Will not be filing here again. I received a good size refund here. A month goes by and my taxes were reassessed by another professional. HR block didn’t listen to the info I gave them and now I’m stuck owing the CRA $2000. I am not wealthy, I needed that money. I’m a college student making minimum wage and now I’m left with nothing. All due to them improperly filing.
Never again will I go here. Paid 160$ to get my taxes filed which were not properly done they gave me zero refund. I went again to try and explain this was unacceptable which was not taken seriously the man just laughed at me.
Pathetic service, it was our first time filing tax in canada and the lady who helped us was very unhelpful and we went under review of tax and we were not pre informed that we need to pay some charges in the beginning so that if we go under review we would not need to pay 100dollars per hour to consult of their agents. Very bad service
Highly do NOT recommend — the manager was completely inaccessible (and even scheduled a callback but never called), and ultimately did not resolve any of my problems caused by their employee's errors.
