Miriam was nice and polite but filed our taxes wrong and we got an irs letter stating that. We went in person to resolve this and was told by a receptionist to come by at 9pm. That was the only time that Miriam had said by the receptionist. We only had a few questions regarding our letter from the IRS letter and the receptionist could have just explained and didn't want to help.
