Deplorable Service from John Nemeth! After meeting with him for 45 minutes, my husband and I left our documents so he could prepare our tax returns. Weeks went by with no contact. Several emails we sent and phone messages we left were not returned or acknowledged. After six weeks, he happened to answer the phone when I called. No apology, no explanation, and our taxes were not ready. I told him I wanted to pick up all of our documents and we would get our taxes done elsewhere and he responded OK. Avoid at all costs - I'm shocked by the lack of responsiveness and lack of accountability.
Terrible!!! Bloody terrible! Had an apt to complete my taxes at the end of March with a woman named Summer. I paid them to file on April 2. Today is April 28 and the CRA hasn’t received a damn thing! I have been calling, leaving messages but no one returns calls. Turns out, Summer never actually filed my taxes. Such professionals, not. Incompetent and will make you pay for it. Do not go here! Don’t do your taxes here. Pick a different location. 0/10 do NOT recommend
