Very disappointed with the experience at this location. I went in with a fairly complex tax situation (moving from Quebec to Ontario) and was met by a receptionist who not only addressed me rudely but also showed little to no knowledge of even the basics of tax filing. Instead of trying to understand or direct me to someone who could help, she dismissed my concerns entirely. Great location to get your taxes done. Charlene helped my husband and I with our taxes for the past 2 years, she is great and efficient, helps you to get the most out of your taxes, explains everything and very friendly. We highly recommend her, and this location, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful as well.
As newcomers, we initially found it challenging to understand how this tax process works in Canada. However, Eiffel Wu was incredibly supportive and helped us a great deal in navigating everything and maximizing our benefits. Thank you once again!
