I’m currently waiting for H&R Block to look into this, but the CRA just told me I owe them 5,000.00 because one of my T4s wasn’t included in the taxes I filed this year. The T4 in question is one I waited until I received before I went to HR Block, and I have it in my hands right now in the file they gave me back after completing my taxes. There is no way that HR Block did not have this T4, because I gave it to them and they gave it right back to me afterwards. My tax girl was awesome and got me more money than expected go see her Shokoufes H
Arrived 10 minutes early for our appointment, waited for 15 minutes while others came in for their appointments and were helped. Got pointed at twice, called "them" with us right there, then asked to wait another 15 minutes while another person who was an hour late for an appointment went before us. After 30 minutes we left. Terrible experience after working for 9 hours.

I had the WORST experience at this location. If I could give it zero stars I would. I have extremely simple taxes and they could not get them done correctly. The original person who completed them could not even figure out my name. Once she got that she couldn’t get all my income entered. When I questioned her about it she still didn’t understand.
