Mr. Don Trang did a great job on my taxes.
I love Don! He deals with all my stupid questions. His attention to detail is super. I have been with him at H and R block for 5 years now. I hope he never leaves.
Only one person here, all other cubicles are empty. Receptionist left. Doesn't make sense the week before taxes are due., it took 45 mins for him to tell ne he was no hellp.
Anthony did a terrible job on my taxes. Did not include methods to reduce my taxes like IRA contributions and neglected additional city taxes. Additionally, he had to ask a remote tax associate for every box to check and every number to put in. When I directed him to include IRA contributions, it brought my taxes down by $1500! When I called to have Don Trang have a second look at it to ensure accuracy, he hung up. Not a business interested in continuing to be in business.
