The worst experience ever. Paid $200+ for incomplete services & now I’m getting the run around from the irs because information wasn’t inputted correctly. Nobody answers the phone so don’t even try. My documents are all out of order and I’m having go back and fourth trying to remedy the issue. Extremely frustrating. Save your time and your money and go somewhere else

The H&R office on Grayson Hwy in Lawrenceville, Georgia was wonderful. Starting with the office manager (Buena) who was polite, professional, and kind. She scanned my forms and made sure that my taxes were done by someone who could handle all my forms. Vicki, who did my taxes, was very professional and had them done in 1 day.
