Drove here on a Saturday. It says open until 5 p.m. What a waste of my time. I had to take a longer lunch, a loss of pay. Readjust your online hours.

Was just at the one located on lakeshore drive…wanted to do drop off.. the receptionist needs to chill. Asked if we had a CRA account.. we don’t, acted annoyed by that, then asked if we had last year’s assessment, no we didn’t, and seemed even more annoyed. We didn’t have any of this as we have had taxes done obviously for years and were never required to have any on hand, even with dropping them off. Same day taxes so i figured i would do them at H&R. I have two T4s super easy it takes 30 min. Well this is the 3rd day and they haven't even started my taxes. I keep going there and seeing maybe they are busy, no clients. Plus when i went there the old lady who does peoples taxes was rude to a lady that was like 80 years old just because she kept asking the same question. If i worked like the people at H&R block i wouldnt have a job. Shame on u.
