Had an appointment with Clara Fowler as I did each year prior for about 2-3 years. I showed up 5 mins early and Clara told the receptionist that she was with a client which I could see as her cubicle is in the front of the office. After waiting nearly 10mins I found out that Clara had just took the client prior to my arrival (5 mins before appointment). She offered no apology, told me I could wait or reschedule. She took a client at my appointment why would I ever return.
This has been the absolute worst customer service experience in my entire life. I got taxes done over a month ago . They are still not done correctly. Now I can not get anyone to fix the mess they created. I will never come back and will continue to tell everyone what a horrible experience this has been.

I have been using this particular HR block for 15+ years now and they've always taken excellent care of me and my family's tax needs whether they were EZ or sometimes a bit more complicated. I highly recommend this office.
