She's communicative, knowledgeable, sweet, patient & thoughtful!! She came in early just for my fam & I!! Truly appreciated! She a real one!! She needs a raise asap!! Don't go, completely amateur staff that charges way above normal prices. Go to a CPA or a free service instead. Last time I pay 550.00 for a return full of errors.
