File for free online only, the lady was super nice But for some reason we payed $580 dollars to file which is INSANE. Never paying for taxes here again

Location: N Perry Road, Pontiac I am sorry I didn't retain the name but she, who collected my papers, and Theresa, who finalized my files, both were above and beyond helpful and calming even though I was in a panic mode dropping off for 2 different people during the 11th hour. I will most definitely return to this location!
