They said payment would come out of checking account on a certain day, that day came and went and payment never went thru, also most ive ever owed this year
They are stupid and unhelpful at all, told them didn’t have my w2 but they are my Paychex and they thinking I’m saying pay check screw second time being screw by HR

I absolutely LOVE this H&R block. Everyone there is so friendly and made the process feel unbelievably simple. Our tax lady Jennifer is AMAZING. This was my first year filing a schedule c and she helped with making everything be so easy. I wouldnt trust anyone else with our taxes.
