I was beyond disappointed with the unprofessional and unhelpful service I received with Vivian Cooper at H&R Block. I used H&R block to file my return in 2025 primarily because I needed to file estate taxes in addition to personal taxes. The tax professional I worked with in 2025 was helpful, communicative and up front about the cost of her services.
