The person who handled my tax filing submitted my return without my signature or consent, which is completely unacceptable. This experience has made me seriously question how securely they handle sensitive personal information. When I asked the preparer to walk me through the process, she was vague and unhelpful. Poor customer service, there is even no WiFi to send them your documents. I decided to not file my taxes there and just got out.
