The worst customer service I have ever had. I have been waiting since January for my second stimulus that was sent to HR block. So I called multiple times. Was given a different answer by each person I spoke with. I was finally told to fill out a lost check form and send in a blank voided check. I did this. .............a person at a ********** ********* facility had my return addressed to a wrong location. That person then 'claimed' to have corrected it, and yet was still mailed to a wrong address. Next month, a manager claimed the address truly was corrected back then, but yet still needed to inter the correct address today (eh?). Was told today, that return applications that are addressed to post office boxes are flagged, as in not mailed to P. O. Boxes. Do not use them to file your taxes. Absolutely trash. Needed my taxes filed by a deadline to submit my unemployment. They completely negated the deadline ever though they had a week to complete my tax return. They told me they would have it done and they did not. Now ** left ****. ******* **** at H&R Block in *********, ******* is untrustworthy.
OMG! This is inhumane. I just want to cry. *** has outsourced customer service reps in the Philipines who are reading a script and will not address specific questions. The customer support service is disrespectul and will just redirect you back into the main pool. I keep getting transferred back to the main help desk. WARNING: STAY **** FROM H&R block
I bought the software on March 1st, 2021. The download will not load on any Windows 10 computer in our house. I have turned off all firewalls and virus checkers. I have waited on hold for more than an hour each time I've called. I spoke to a representative twice. Each was unable to help and transferred me to a 'software specialist'.
