The worst place to go! Had a 6:00 appointment Tax preparer was too busy with other client. He couldn’t see me. Wanted me to come back. Been going to HR block for 24 years. Never will I come back. This was awful waited for a hour for nothing. Still no taxes done and no answers to my questions. Really!! The only good thing about this experience was the receptionist. She was so apologetic.
Extremely Unprofessional: Twice I have made appointments, confirmed those appointments, showed up on time for those appointments and have been told that the person I was booked in to see had left for the day! I went to Liberty Tax on View St instead - they sent me appointment confirmations and reminders, did my taxes faster than HR Block, and charged me less than 50% of what HR Block usually charges me. I will never use HR Block for my taxes again.
Jennifer was a great help with filing my tax return. Even though it was a complicated situation.
Michael did a fantastic job filing for me, he went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this location. thank you Michael and team!!
