Every year our experience with H&R gets worse with more mistakes and less communication. We paid $300 after our appointment thinking our taxes were filed. A week later, we call and they did not file them due to an error that they couldn’t figure out. We called back the next day and the error was corrected but our taxes still weren’t filed (they put us on hold and finally filed them) and they still couldn’t tell us the error.
