Turned up for an appt and no appt was honored. Apparently the online booking system doesn’t work, and then the imbecile at the front desk just shrugged. The most bewildering experience of all time. For tax accountants they certainly aren’t financially minded. Wouldn’t trust them with my laundry quarters never lone taxes. 1-star is kind. Do not visit this insane asylum.
