They charged me $200 to file a simple W2. I had started doing it myself through their free service online, but it got complicated because I moved from New York to Florida, which doesn't have sales tax in November. I'm overseas and I like how my taxes were handled and how easy it was to pay for my dues.
The lady that help was very nice. I'm sorry I don't remember her name. Overall I was very happy with my returns.
