I came to this location to see if maybe H&R Block could help me get a better tax return amount compared to someone else who gave me a quote that was way lower than last year’s. I was assisted by Linda and instantly upon telling her what I needed her response with laughter was “well what do you mean? Screwed up my NJ return horribly. Had me paying $3000 to NJ. All because he did not know how to fill out a return. I had to go to westside ave branch for a amendment. Avoid this branch.
I highly recommend "Andy" for your tax preparation service needs. He is very professional, experienced, and friendly. I've been seeing him for a few years. I'm finally able to do my own taxes now using the H&R Block free software so I no longer need to get them prepared in office. For anyone who does need help on filing go see Andy. You will be satisfied with his work.
Don't do your taxes here!!!! they will say at first that it's gonna be 160-180 but then they will charge you 400$ DON'T DO YOUR TAXES HERE !!
Beyond appalling experience, all while just attempting to schedule an appointment over the phone. One of their employees named Beverly Potter was so discourteous, impertinent & audacious all while I am only asking for the details of the service I am inquiring about. Clearly not in the right job for customer service. She ended the call saying “ I’ll be here when you come, let me spell out my name for you”
