I normally work with Analiz, who is great. I worked with Hugo this year and I kind of regret it. He works with you until you file then cuts you off since he can't squeeze more money out of you. The fees here are super expensive unfortunately. It was like $500 for me. If you have to work with someone, choose Analiz
Trying for two 2 weeks to get my taxes straighten out they had wrong ssn and wrong birth date and now wrong routing and wrong account number.
Was turned away right away... went home got the h&r software and did it at home in a breeze.. never going to an office again.. this office is doing a horrible job in representing H&R Block. Zero Stars
I came to this location to see if maybe H&R Block could help me get a better tax return amount compared to someone else who gave me a quote that was way lower than last year’s. I was assisted by Linda and instantly upon telling her what I needed her response with laughter was “well what do you mean? Screwed up my NJ return horribly. Had me paying $3000 to NJ. All because he did not know how to fill out a return. I had to go to westside ave branch for a amendment. Avoid this branch.
