Don’t go to this H&R Block because the woman who did my parents income tax ripped us off and they didn’t give us no money or tax return she did the taxes wrong whatever dude don’t go to H&R Block this in H&R Block. She doesn’t know what she’s doing. I wouldn’t come to this place no more.
You're better off going to your own tax pro. They're too pricey and very unprofessional.
Received an email for an appointment I didn't set. I called to give my concerns of potential scam and/or tax fraud as my personal identity has been compromised in the past. The person that returned my call did not identify themselves, and was immediately on the defensive asking why I thought it was a scam. I later learned her name was Carine, the tax pro for that office. I attempted to explain about receiving scam emails and scam calls that spoof phone numbers.
